All Age Walking football. (No age restriction)

Teams are required to be in the same coloured shirts. An Exact matching team kits is encouraged but not required as long as the shirts are predominantly the same colour. Numbers are not required on shirts.

All players must wear shinpads and boots.

If team colours clash, bibs will be available.

The program is aimed at people who would like to exercise in a team format with lower intensity. The game focuses on passing rather than speed and running. This is open to all adult players from the age of 16 up.

Walking Football is a small-sided, low-impact, modified version of the game, suitable for all levels of ability and fitness, from people who are returning to sport after a break or those who’ve never played before.

Running is not allowed. A participant always has to have one foot on the ground.

It is a non-contact version of the game.

The ball cannot be kicked above head height.

There is no heading of the ball.

The focus is on fun and making friends.
